Green is not best.
Authorities agree, color does not denote quality. This is Spanish Oil and it is blonde, not green .
It is my favorite oil, I prefer it to darker oils, the flavor is, for lack of a better word, ” Sweeter”, though of course I am not speaking literally.
And tfet best bonus is the reasonable pricing. It is undervalued because people believe it has to be Green to be good, and you cannot match tfe quality for the price.
Walmart seems to be the most accessible for most people, but I think you have to order it online for pick up.
It’s gotten very hard to find in grocery stores, probably because of the color myth.
