Ingredients
- ½ head of lettuce, rinse and shredded
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup ham, diced
- ¼ cup La Preferida Sweet Peas
- ¼ cup La Preferida Whole Kernel Corn
- ¼ cup La Preferida Chick Peas
- ¼ cup La Preferida carrots, sliced thin, drained and rinsed
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- La Preferida Adobo Seasoning, to taste

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
